Right now I’m in the process of reading both produced and unproduced scripts in an effort to learn the art of screenwriting.
I’m also collecting low budget HD equipment. In an effort to start doing some small projects.
With a friend from work, I’m working on a Machinima using the Dragon Age toolset. I’ve written the first draft of the story treatment. I’m working on revisions. I will hopefully have the script completed before the end of January. We’re putting a lot of effort into this to see if Machinima can be a viable dramatic medium. I’ve seen some good work out there, but most of it’s comedy or music video. It’s my hope that a truly solid story will allow us to create something unique and entertaining.
