Shawn Scarber (Shawn Scarber-Deggans) is a speculative fiction writer who lives in Mansfield Texas.  He’s a Clarion West graduate (2006) and is a founding member of NTSFW (North Texas Speculative Fiction Workshop).  

Shawn’s fiction has appeared in various online venues and a few small press publications.
